Zynodoa's Valentine's Day dinner begins with baked Rappahannock River oysters on the half shell, setting the tone for an amorous evening. The menu then explores the seasonal bounty of forests and fields before concluding with the evening's most tempting extravagance – a raspberry and chocolate bavarian cake with crème anglaise. To bring you this decadent dessert, Chef Harris is teaming up with one of the region's most renowned European-style pastry chefs – Giancarlo Gnali.
