Executive Chef Laura Fonner

Laura Fonner has always had a passion for food. Fonner got her start working in kitchens as a teenager and quickly rose through the ranks — all by honing her craft through mentorship, curiosity, enthusiasm, and lived experience. Her culinary career has been shaped through teamwork and a true passion for living her dream job. Best known for her long tenure at the helm of the kitchen at Duner’s Restaurant in Ivy (and for her nationally televised appearances on The Food Network), Fonner brings a deeply personal, happiness-enthused approach to farm-to-table cuisine. She’s known for blending fresh, seasonal ingredients with down-home flavor and creative flair. Her food tells stories, honors local farmers, and reflects a belief that dining should offer something guests cannot recreate at home: connection, intention, and magic.
